Skywards Award Redemption

The skywards loyalty program has one of the worst redemption option for airline travel with continental USA. When you go to their website they ask you to fill out a form with exact flight number and flight time desired and it take 4-5 weeks for them to process that and mostly results in a "ticket not available". I tried calling their contact number and after many trials was able to get a direct contact to their redemption center. You can call this number 1 800 762 9775 M-F 9am - 8pm EST and they will take the itinerary on the phone and confirm right then. Hope this helps
