Spend quite sometime googling for this with no clear answer. Here's how to:

To add a new bluetooth (any headset or gps etc) device go to

Start --> Settings --> Connections --> Bluetooth --> Menu (Menu is the option on the right next to Done) --> Devices

Choosing the above will bring to screen where you can select from a list of visible devices.

I also encountered this passcode issue. When trying to connect to my computer my blackjack kept asking for a passcode. Passcode is basically a way to ensure the willingness of receiving bluetooth device to accept the connection. In order for two to 'pair' i.e. one Bluetooth device to another, a passcode has to be exchanged between the two devices. When you first connect, one machine will ask you to enter a passcode... enter any 4 digit number. The other device will then ask you for a passcode. Enter the same 4 digit number. It doesn't matter what the passcode is, as long as you enter the same number at both ends.
